I've been using the Honolulu SWORD & SHIELD J2FC+ Gen 4.5 for a few weeks now and the soft feel really stands out. The Gen 4.5 multi-density all-foam pivoting core gives less pop than the J2NF, which I actually prefer for control at the kitchen line. At 7.9 oz it stays fast and stable, and the 14mm core plus 16.2" length feel well balanced. Handle circumference of 4.125" fits my hand nicely. The included waterproof cover with hanging clip is a solid bonus, and it's USA Pickleball approved.
